The Selection Process
Step 1 – Profiles Prepared by HewLin Compassion
Our team carefully curates a list of children from the Grade ONE Foundation who need ongoing academic and social support.
Each profile includes:

Brief background and interests

Support needs (uniforms, stationery, nutrition, household aid)
Step 2 – Sponsor Selection Options
Sponsors can choose how they’d like to connect:
Meet in Person:
Visit a HewLin Compassion representative to review printed child profiles and discuss sponsorship details face‑to‑face.
Select Online:
Browse profiles digitally on your computer or smartphone through our secure platform. Each profile includes a “Sponsor This Child” button for quick enrollment.
Both options lead to the same outcome — a meaningful connection between sponsor and child.
Step 3 – Confirmation & Welcome
Once a sponsor selects a child:

Sponsors receive a welcome pack with details about the child and the support plan.

Regular updates and progress reports follow throughout the year.

Sponsors contribute monthly or annually to sustain the child’s:
