The Inclusive Education Project
The IE Project aims to establish a phased pathway of empowerment for vulnerable youth in Cape Town — guiding them from early childhood education to international agricultural careers. This initiative aligns with our development priorities and values of education, innovation, and solidarity.

Partnership Invitation
We invite local and international institutions, NGOs, and private investors to join HewLin Compassion in:

Phase 1 – Steel Container Wing

Kitchen (6 × 3 m): Food preparation and outreach meals.

Storage – General (6 × 3 m): Dry goods and supply storage.

Storage – Cold (6 × 3 m): Refrigerated and perishable storage.

Total footprint: 24 m × 3 m
Reach: 210 meals/day


Phase 2 – Auditorium & Training Wing

Auditorium (20 × 12 m): 300‑seater hall for community events and training.

Training Rooms (6 × 6 m each): Youth and adult empowerment spaces.

Dormitory (12 × 6 m): Accommodation for 30 residents per term.
Total footprint: 44 m × 12 m

Phase 3 - Alumni Programme (5 Years Strong) | Grade 5 learners (former Grade 1 cohort)

Phase 4 - Learnership Preparation | Junior youth - ages 13–18
Focus: Life Skills, leadership, and vocational orientation
Outcome: Eligibility for agricultural learnerships at The Elsenburg Agricultural Training Institute and similar institutions
Phase 5 - Advanced Agricultural Training | Post‑school youth
Focus: Specialized agricultural education
Outcome: Certification and career readiness
Phase 6 - International Exposure | Graduates of Elsenburg and partner institutions
Focus: Exchange programmes and internships abroad
