Music Education

Updated: 2 days ago

With a variety of job-experience in the private schooling sector, Stacy De Villiers, a trained Music Education Facilitator and HewLin Compassion Project Leader is determined to bring this groundbreaking program to local ECD's.

The immeasurable benefits include Simulating Brain Development, Mathematical Skills, Reading Skills, and Vocabulary. Early childhood development is one of the most neglected areas in our underprivileged communities. This has a negative ripple effect on children going to school, while adding pressure on teachers and parents. The Music Education program helps bridge that gap for children to learn while having fun at the same time.

Benefits will include but not limited to:

· Increased vocabulary and language development, problem-solving skills, increase focus, working together in a group and respect.

· At the end of the year we will host a show and tell to display our kids’ development and showcase what they have learnt.

The Need

· Instruments Needed

· Catering and Transport

· Facilitators, Volunteers and Training Facilities
